KOMNASDIK INDONESIA- Berlandaskan UU RI Nomor 20 tahun 2003, KOMNASDIK INDONESIA – KOMNAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA merupakan Lembaga yang bersifat Independen dengan tujuan membantu pemerintah (Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nasional, Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi serta Kementerian Agama) dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan; memberikan masukan kepada Pemerintah tentang kebijakan pendidikan; system pendidikan nasional; meningkatkan kualitas guru, dosen dan tenaga kependidikan; membangun bangsa yang cerdas, berdaya saing global, kompetitif, berkepribadian & berkarakter sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila; serta memberikan advokasi kepada Insan Pendidikan dan Institusi Pendidikan.

Perpustakaan Digital sebagaimana yang ada dan berkembang sekarang telah dipergunakan sebagai salah satu pusat informasi, sumber ilmu pengetahuan, penelitian, rekreasi, dan pelestarian khasanah budaya bangsa. Keuntungan Utama Digital Library atau Perpustakaan Digital adalah orang dapat mengakses 24 jam sehari dan 7 hari dalam seminggu ALIAS Selalu Bisa dibuka/ diakses Kapan Saja dan Dimana Saja.
